ISO is a sytem whereby companies gain certification for reaching standards of
efficiency and quality. In order to gain this certification, companies must put into writing
their various procedures, so that these can be checked and verified during later
inspections. I watched procedures on the shop floor, and interviewed machinists and
office workers, and wrote many ISO procedures. Click HERE to see an example.
